With Bangladesh at 8/2 in 2 overs & Anderson swinging it this way & that you could have been forgiven for thinking England were on the path to becoming World Champions. Silly you. Thanks to Mahmudullah 103 (138) & Mushfiqur Rahim 89 (77), Bangladesh posted a challenging 275/7 in 50. The chase came alive when Bell fell after a military style 63 (82) & the middle order followed suit. Root's dismissal meant it was Advantage Bangladesh but Butler 65 (52) & Woakes 42* (40) steadied the ship before Taskin brought the whole of Dhaka alive with the wicket of Butler. Jordan's controversial run-out did not help England too well either. Woakes could just watch from the other end as Broad & Anderson were dismissed. In the end - a famous win for Bangladesh. As for England, they 'will have to look at the data'! :-) We are waiting Peter Moores.
