Indian fans must be over the moon to see their bowlers hunting in packs. Umesh Yadav & Shami troubled the top order & picked crucial wickets to give India the advantage. Mohit Sharma, Ashwin & Jadeja too were at their best strangling the West Indies batsmen. Jason Holder's 57 helped the Windies reach a respectable 182 in 4.2 overs.
India were in some trouble with their openers back in the dressing room with the score at 20/2 in 7. The Kohli-Rahane partnership was crucial for India. Kohli's & Rahane's exit caused some jitters but Dhoni's played the anchor role & with useful contributions from Raina, Jadeja & Ashwin saw India home. West Indies' bowling strategy was bizarre with Smith & Samuels bowling even when the frontline bowlers had enough overs left. Also the number of extras they gave away didn't help their cause. Taylor was the pick of the bowlers and he sure did scare the Indian top order today. Finally a low scoring thriller (sort of) after a series of games with mammoth totals.
